For autistic girls and women
You are welcome here.

If you have found your way here, you may be somewhere in the long, slow work of understanding yourself as autistic. Perhaps you have been recently diagnosed. Perhaps you have self-identified after years of quietly knowing. Perhaps you are further along and looking for support with the daily reality of an autistic life. Wherever you are, you are welcome here.
What this work looks like
Our practice with autistic girls, teens, and women is grounded in the nervous system, informed by trauma, and shaped by identity-affirming care. It is not about fixing, managing, or making you more palatable to a neurotypical world. It is about understanding your own sensory landscape, learning to work with your nervous system rather than against it, and building a life that fits the person you actually are.

What OT can look like
What OT can look like
OT here doesn't look like a clinic room and a checklist. It might be a grounding hike in nature, hands in clay, learning a new skill, or simply learning to rest. It's whatever is meaningful and restorative, attuned to what your body and your life need right now. And it's collaborative, always, shaped around you rather than done to you.

Reconnecting to soma and sensory
Through art, nature, and community, sometimes a slow walk along the coast, sometimes clay in your hands, we work on coming back to a body that has often been overridden. This is where we start noticing what your body has been trying to tell you all along.

Understanding your own autistic brain
We reflect on, and expand, what you already know about the way your mind works: your sensory landscape, your focus, your rhythms. Together we make sense of your story through a neurodivergent lens, often for the first time.

Building a daily life that fits
Routines, habits, and scaffolding shaped to the person you actually are, not a template handed down. Small, steady structures that hold your energy rather than drain it.

Tending to energy and burnout
We put real supports in place to protect against autistic burnout: pacing, rest, boundaries, and the practical everyday. Protecting your nervous system so there's enough left over for the life you actually want.
